Judd disclosed a lot of her health and wellness secrets in an interview with Body & Soul. One secret she revealed was how she manages to work out consistently, with her busy schedule. Judd says that she gets her workouts in early each day. “I’m glad to say I’ve been really consistent with my home workout sessions lately. I feel that getting them done early in the morning is such a good way to start the day with zest.”
Judd tells Body & Soul that she takes a lot of vitamins and supplements to help her stay healthy. She revealed that she has different supplements for different things and problems. “I take a strong Life Space probiotic daily. If my iron is low I take an iron supplement but it hasn’t been too bad lately (I was quite anaemic when I was pregnant with my twins), I take Sambuccol cold and flu tablets if I feel I’m going to get sick and it usually stops it in its tracks. Judd tells Body & Soul that she tries to eat healthy. She says that she makes sure her meals are balanced and have a lot of nutrients in them. “A protein (usually salmon, roast chicken, lamb or an eye fillet steak), a carb (usually rice, quinoa or potatoes) and vegetables (either a salad or steamed/roasted veggies). Simple but delicious and easy.”
Judd revealed in this Instagram video that she loves to HIIT workouts with an app at home. In the video, she is seen doing heel touches, mountain climbers, and squats, among other exercises. Judd captioned the video, “Today’s 20 minute no equipment HIIT from the @keepitcleaner app done in my lounge room. I do approx 2-3 times a week.”
Judd tells Body & Soul that she has back and hip problems, and that she has to do treatments to take care of them. “I have really tight hip flexors with referred pain to my lower back so I receive osteo treatment or myotherapy to loosen them off. I will see a chiropractor from time to time as well.”
