Kate Beckinsale Flaunts Epic Legs In A Mini Dress And Heels On IG

  • Kate Beckinsale, 48, is serving some major looks in a recent Instagram post.
  • The actress showed off her long, long legs in heels and a mini dress, and the whole thing was simply *chef’s kiss*.
  • Kate hits the gym six mornings a week, and stays away from stimulants like caffeine and alcohol. But she does love sharing In-N-Out with her cat, Clive.

Kate Beckinsale was going for gold when she posted a new Instagram this week.

The Widow actress, 48, posted some pics in a glittering, golden, ATELIER ZUHRA mini dress paired with orange Schutz heels that showed off her super toned legs. She also gave her followers a glimpse of her gorgeous eye makeup, which included mini gold crystals that was giving major Euphoria vibes. The next video showed Kate sitting in a car with light reflecting off her dress onto the ceiling like a disco ball.

And in the last pic, she gave the people what they wanted: a close-up of her cat Clive and his painted little nails. “Twinkle twinkle little cat,” she captioned the pics.

When she and Clive aren’t getting in cardio on the treadmill, Kate is breaking a sweat with trainer Brad Siskind of celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson’s gym. Back in March, Kate shared a video of herself crushing some insane upside-down hanging crunches.

Siskind shared with Women’s Health that the two work out together at least six mornings a week. β€œThe whole hour is work,” he told WH.

But what happens at these morning workouts? Kate’s training time usually includes eight compound exercises that work two muscle groups at the same time. Translation: she gets more bang for her buck! She also uses heavier weights, bands, and faster reps to challenge herself, as well as cardio intervals on the VersaClimber.

She also gets in some cardio doing kickboxing moves with Siskind. Those definitely get your heart rate up!

And to help fuel her through those grueling workouts, she told WH that she makes sure to load up on protein, specifically chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter, which has more nutrients than regular butter, including Vitamin K. She also digs in big time with veggies, usually opting for salads with radishes or Brussel sprouts . For other meals, Kate loves salmon. And she definitely has a soft spot for potato chips.

While Kate consumes almost no caffeine or alcohol, she and Clive are clearly fans of In-N-Out fries:
