PLUTA CANCER CENTER APPOINTS ADMINISTRATOR
Pluta Cancer Center announced it has hired Kevin Ring as administrator. Ring joins the Center after serving most recently at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital as director of out-patient services/business development. He has more than 27 years of diverse healthcare administrative experience, including serving as chief operations officer at Borg Imaging Group, LLP for 18 years.
“We are delighted to welcome Kevin Ring to Pluta Cancer Center,” said President and CEO John W. Oberlies. “We are confident that with his health administration experience and extensive skills, Kevin will be a significant addition to the Pluta Cancer Center staff,” he added.
Ring earned a master’s degree in public administration with an emphasis in health administration from the State University of New York at Brockport. He also received six sigma green belt training from GE Healthcare’s Performance Solution Group and further education through the RIT Center for Integrated Manufacturing Studies/Lean Thinking. Ring lives in Penn Yan.
